本政策說明 STEAM SQUAD（以下稱「我們」）如何蒐集、處理及利用個人資料。就本政策涵蓋的活動而言，個人資料蒐集者為 STEAM SQUAD，服務地點為台北市北投區中央北路一段 139 號。

This policy explains how STEAM SQUAD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, processes, and uses personal data. For the activities covered by this notice, the data collector is STEAM SQUAD, located at No. 139, Sec. 1, Zhongyang N. Rd., Beitou District, Taipei.

本政策適用於 steamsquad.io、Meta 即時表單、LINE，以及與課程詢問和體驗預約有關的聯絡。正式報名後的學生紀錄、緊急或健康資料，以及課堂照片或影片，將在需要時另行告知並取得適當同意。

This policy covers steamsquad.io, Meta Instant Forms, LINE, and communications relating to class enquiries and trial bookings. Enrolled-student records, emergency or health information, and classroom photos or videos will be covered by separate notices and appropriate consent where needed.

我們可能直接向家長或監護人蒐集下列資料，或在您選擇透過 Meta、LINE 或其他聯絡管道與我們聯絡時收到這些資料：

We may collect the following information directly from a parent or guardian, or receive it when you choose to contact us through Meta, LINE, or another communication channel:

請勿透過 Meta 表單、網站一般詢問或 LINE 傳送孩子的身分證件、完整出生日期、醫療、健康、財務或其他敏感資料。如日後因安全或課程需要而確實需要特定資料，我們會使用適當且獨立的告知及同意流程。

Please do not send a child’s identity documents, full date of birth, medical, health, financial, or other sensitive information through a Meta form, general website enquiry, or LINE. If specific information is genuinely needed later for safety or class administration, we will use an appropriate, separate notice and consent process.

我們不出售個人資料，也不會將體驗詢問資料用於與原始蒐集目的無關的用途，除非另行告知並取得法律所需的同意。

We do not sell personal data or use trial-enquiry information for an unrelated purpose unless we provide a further notice and obtain any consent required by law.

我們的 Meta 名單廣告僅針對成年人。表單應由成年家長、法定監護人，或已獲適當授權的成年人填寫。我們只要求安排合適課程所需的最低限度兒童資料，不會透過 Meta 即時表單直接向兒童蒐集資料。

Our Meta lead ads are directed only to adults. Forms should be completed by an adult parent, legal guardian, or an appropriately authorised adult. We request only the minimum child information needed to arrange a suitable class and do not collect information directly from children through Meta Instant Forms.

提交孩子相關資料，即表示您確認自己是孩子的家長、法定監護人，或已獲適當授權提供該資料。

By submitting information about a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or are appropriately authorised to provide that information.

未轉為正式報名的詢問資料，最長保留至最後一次實質聯絡後 12 個月，之後將刪除或匿名化，法律要求保留者除外。正式報名後所需的資料，將依另行提供的學生資料告知及適用的法定需求處理。

Enquiry data that does not result in enrolment is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer retention. If a student enrols, necessary information will be handled under a separate student-data notice and applicable legal requirements.

資料可能在台灣，以及 Meta、LINE、Vercel 與我們實際使用之必要服務供應商的系統營運地區處理。部分供應商的系統可能位於台灣以外。

Information may be processed in Taiwan and in countries or regions where Meta, LINE, Vercel, and other necessary service providers we actually use operate their systems. Some provider systems may be located outside Taiwan.

資料僅提供給有業務需要且獲授權的 STEAM SQUAD 人員、協助提供表單、通訊、網站代管或資料儲存的必要服務供應商，以及依法有權要求資料的機關或專業顧問。利用方式包括必要的電子或紙本記錄、聯絡、查閱、整理、儲存及刪除。

Information is made available only to authorised STEAM SQUAD personnel with a business need, necessary providers supporting forms, communications, website hosting, or data storage, and authorities or professional advisers where legally required. Methods of use include necessary electronic or paper recording, communication, review, organisation, storage, and deletion.

您可自由決定是否提供個人資料；但若未提供必要的聯絡方式或孩子的基本年齡資料，我們可能無法回覆、推薦合適課程或安排體驗。其他欄位如標示為選填，則不提供不會影響基本詢問。拒絕選擇性行銷不會影響體驗課或服務。

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without necessary contact information or the child’s basic age information, we may be unable to respond, recommend a suitable class, or arrange a trial. If another field is marked optional, leaving it blank will not affect a basic enquiry. Declining optional marketing will not affect a trial or service.

依台灣《個人資料保護法》，您可請求查詢或閱覽、取得複本、補充或更正、停止蒐集、處理或利用，以及刪除您的個人資料。若您拒絕行銷，我們將停止將您的資料用於行銷。

Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access or review, a copy, correction or supplementation, cessation of collection, processing or use, and deletion of your personal data. If you object to marketing, we will stop using your data for marketing.

您可透過本頁下方的 LINE 聯絡方式，或書面寄送至台北市北投區中央北路一段 139 號提出請求。我們可能需要合理確認您的身分，並會在法定期間內回覆。

You may make a request through the LINE contact at the end of this page or by writing to No. 139, Sec. 1, Zhongyang N. Rd., Beitou District, Taipei. We may reasonably verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law.

我們採取與資料風險及業務規模相稱的管理及技術措施，例如限制只有必要人員可以存取、控制資料分享，並使用具信譽的服務供應商。沒有任何系統能保證絕對安全；如發生依法須通知的個人資料事件，我們將採取應變措施，並依適用法律通知受影響者。

We use administrative and technical measures proportionate to the data risk and size of our business, such as limiting access to people who need it, controlling data sharing, and using reputable service providers. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a personal-data incident requires notification, we will take responsive action and notify affected persons as required by applicable law.

網站可能使用維持語言偏好及基本運作所需的必要 Cookie 或類似技術。網站代管服務亦可能產生基本伺服器及安全紀錄。於本政策更新日，steamsquad.io 的程式碼未使用 Meta Pixel 或其他廣告追蹤器；如日後新增非必要的分析或行銷技術，我們會更新本政策，並在法律要求時提供通知或選擇。

The website may use necessary cookies or similar technology for language preferences and basic operation. Website hosting may also generate basic server and security logs. As of this policy’s effective date, the steamsquad.io code does not use Meta Pixel or another advertising tracker. If we later add non-essential analytics or marketing technology, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

當您使用 Meta 即時表單、LINE，或瀏覽網站首頁的 OpenStreetMap 地圖時，該平台亦可能依其自身隱私政策處理技術資料或您主動提供的資料。Vercel 為本網站提供代管服務。

When you use a Meta Instant Form, LINE, or the OpenStreetMap map embedded on our homepage, that platform may also process technical information or information you choose to provide under its own privacy policy. Vercel provides hosting for this website.

我們可能因服務、實務或法律要求變更而更新本政策，並在本頁公布新的生效日期。如繁體中文與英文版本有差異，在法律允許範圍內以繁體中文版本為準。

We may update this policy when our services, practices, or legal requirements change and will publish the new effective date on this page. If the Traditional Chinese and English versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
